You acknowledge that you are the account holder of record and bear ultimate responsibility for any consequences arising from account activity, including account suspension, bans, disputes, or claims from third parties.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content that:

  • You upload
  • You generate
  • The AI generates on your behalf
  • Is posted through your connected accounts

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Biographical information
  • Messages
  • Profile descriptions

4.1 Content Standards

You agree not to use the Service to create, distribute, or promote:

  • Illegal content
  • Harassment or hate speech
  • Fraudulent or deceptive content
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic content
  • Content involving minors
  • Violations of intellectual property rights

Our system integrates advanced AI models designed to restrict the creation of NSFW or illicit content. However, these safeguards do not eliminate user responsibility. You remain fully liable for any content generated through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

5. No Guarantee of Results

The Service is designed to optimize your online dating presence. However:
